Is Soulver 3 a free upgrade from Soulver 2?

No, it's a separate purchase (and not a subscription 🎉!). There is no special upgrade pricing for existing users to keep things fair across the Mac App Store & direct customers.

Do you still have older versions of Soulver available?

Soulver 3 requires macOS 10.14.4 or later. Soulver 2 requires macOS 10.10 or later. You can still download older versions supporting earlier releases of Mac OS X using these links:

URL Schemes

Does Soulver for iOS support custom URL schemes, for use in apps like Launch Center Pro?

Yes, there are actions to open Soulver, & also to create a new document (with an optional title or text). Learn about how to use them here.

Serial Numbers

I've lost my serial number.

No problem, try to find it using your email address in the serial lookup here. If that doesn't work, please email us and we'll sort it out.

I've purchased Soulver direct through you, but I still have not received my serial number.

You should receive your serial number within a minute of purchasing. If you haven't, try checking your spam folder first, as sometimes automated emails can end up there.

If you have still not received the email after an hour, you can try to get your code resent by using our serial lookup page, or send us an email and we'll get your code to you manually.
